We accept returns for standard, non-custom Mylar bags.
If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can submit a return request by following our return procedure.
Customized or personalized Mylar bags are made specifically for your order.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect. All sales for custom products are final.
We do not offer product exchanges.
If you want to return an eligible item, please follow the return steps listed below.
Before sending anything back, please reach out to our customer support team to get return authorization.
Only authorized returns will be accepted.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping label.
Please ensure that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
All orders and refunds are processed in USD, GBP, AUD, or CAD, depending on the payment method used at checkout.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, but all returned items must be new, unused, and undamaged.
Any item showing signs of use, wear, or handling will not qualify for a refund.
You have 60 days from the date you receive your standard Mylar bags to request a return.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
After we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.
